For nearly four decades, Bihar Communications has been the silent backbone of India's critical infrastructure. We don't just make clocks — we keep India in sync. From defence installations and national institutions to railways, telecom networks and the smart grid, our timing systems underpin the operations that the country depends on every day.
Founded in 1985 with a vision to build sovereign Indian capability in precision timing, we have grown from a small engineering workshop in Patna into one of India's most trusted manufacturers of NTP time servers, GPS clocks, master clock systems and secure timing infrastructure.
Today we operate across three divisions: Defence & Government — sovereign, defence-grade timing infrastructure for India's armed forces and national institutions; Enterprise & Infrastructure — NTP servers, master clocks, network display clocks and wireless products for telecom, railways, healthcare and industrial deployments; and Education — complete engineering laboratory equipment for Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and Electrical engineering departments.
Every product is designed, developed and manufactured in-house at our facilities. With headquarters in Patna and a branch office in Noida, we serve clients throughout India — including the institutions that cannot afford to lose a microsecond.
